THESE STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE IN ACCORDANCE WITH 4TH SCHEDULE OF THE TOURISM INDUSTRY (TOUR OPERATING BUSINESS AND TRAVEL AGENCY BUSINESS) REGULATIONS 1992

These standard terms and conditions apply to all our tours Outbound Tour other than Umrah or Ziarah and Outbound Tour for Umrah or Ziarah Packages. Please carefully review these Terms and Conditions before making your reservation. By making a reservation with us, you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  1. The above prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  2. Reservations will be made after receiving confirmation from your side.
  3. Hotel room confirmation is subject to availability when making reservations.
  4. High season surcharge must be notified.
  5. Travel schedules are subject to changes at the discretion of the "Ground Supplier."
  6. NUH TRAVEL & TOURS SDN BHD and its agents have the right to change or modify programs and review fare notices early for unforeseen reasons.
  7. Refunds will not be processed for unused services due to unforeseen circumstances (unused services will not be refunded).
  8. No refunds will be provided for any unused services.
  9. Individuals unable to pass immigration at the International Airport, Tour Fare will not be refunded.
  10. NUH TRAVEL & TOURS SDN BHD acts only as your agent to provide you with service providers such as Airlines, Hotels, Ferries, Coaches, and others. We will not be held responsible in any circumstances and will not accept responsibility or liability for omissions in the past provided by these services and changes in government regulations. These packages are under the Group Departure Series, if the group falls below our minimum, we will inform our customers as per our company SOP 2 months before departure. Customers may choose options such as: a) Postponement of the trip b) Full Amount Paid c) Change or postpone to another destination
  11. After receiving full payment, travel insurance issuance will be processed after receiving the total amount paid. Further processes, such as Travel Insurance, will be done 14 days before departure because it is a Tour Series.
  12. Friendly Reminder: A Travel Escort from NUH TRAVEL & TOURS SDN BHD will be sent if the group exceeds 25 people for our representative to meet at the country's airport.

Statement

  1. After the Round Trip ticket has been issued, and the customer requests cancellation, no refund will be provided. 

  2. For Travel Festivals, e.g., MATTA: Full payment is required for Air Tickets.

  3. Full refunds will only be allowed in cases of Death, Hospital Admission, and Valid Medical Reasons supported by a Medical Report from a Private/Government Hospital (Medical Reports from Clinics will not be accepted).

CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER

  1. Registered customers are not allowed to withdraw without a valid reason.
  2. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing with supporting written evidence from any organization (if any) on behalf of the Director of NUH TRAVEL & TOURS SDN BHD to avoid misunderstandings.
  3. Registered customers are subject to the cancellation terms set by NUH TRAVEL & TOURS SDN BHD. 

           a) 45 days before departure - RM 300 or 15% of the package price

          (b) 36 - 44 days before departure - 35% charge of the package price

          (c) 16 - 35 days before departure - 50% charge of the package price 

          (d) 8 - 15 days before departure - 75% charge of the package price

          (e) 7 days before departure - 100% charge of the package price

          Note: Any amendments to bookings will follow the cancellation terms.

CANCELLATION DUE TO COMPANY'S UNCONTROLLED FACTORS

  1. NUH TRAVEL & TOURS SDN BHD has the right to cancel package reservations in the event of unforeseen and compelling circumstances such as pandemics, natural disasters, war, strikes, riots, or on the directive of the Malaysian government or the government of any country to be visited.

  2. NUH TRAVEL & TOURS SDN BHD will propose an alternative date of equal value to the booked package for the customer.

  3. If the customer does not accept the offered alternative, all funds paid will be refunded after deducting the following fees: (a) RM300 or 15% per person of the package price (whichever is higher) including (b) Any penalties imposed by the airline or (c) Any payments made by Nuh Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd to any supplier or third party.

  4. Registered customers are subject to the cancellation terms set by Nuh Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd.

CANCELLATION BY THE COMPANY

  1. If circumstances require Nuh Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd to cancel a package trip due to a lack of customers or inability to obtain transportation or accommodation facilities, all funds paid by customers will be refunded.
  2. Cancellation within 8 - 14 working days before the flight date will be compensated by RM150 per person.
  3. Cancellation within 1 - 7 working days before the flight date will be compensated by RM225 per person.
  4. Cancellation on the flight day will be compensated by RM300 per person.
  5. Company cancellations will also incur a fee of RM50 per person.
